Kate Roseth
Business Coach
I grew up on the lap of parents who have run their own businesses so it was only natural for me to do the same.
My university studies and first career was actually visual arts, film making/editing, desktop publishing and then marketing. So when I started my first online yoga studio business in 2018 I was blessed with all the skills I needed as a solopreneur to do everything from teach yoga to build a website, edit the videos, make it look pretty and build a marketing funnel to sell it.
Running a brick and mortar studio was a dream since I first started working in a yoga studio, so when the opportunity arose to buy, I didn't hesitate. I hadn't even done a class in the yoga studio I bought before saying yes. I am passionate about one thing when it comes to my work, supporting people to ‘commit to themselves' and then watching them grow.
I've got to mention I am a wife and mamma of two teenages who teach me the biggest and hardest lessons I need to learn:)

Jeff Stokes
Studio Growth Strategist
I've had a front-row seat to the incredible transformation of the fitness industry. What started as a focus on physical fitness has evolved into a holistic approach to overall health and wellness. Today, it’s about exercise/movement, nutrition, mental well-being, sleep, recovery and longevity. This shift is creating massive opportunities for businesses that can adapt and innovate to meet the changing needs of consumers.
A few of my career highlights:
— A decade at Lifetime Fitness, leading, opening and growing several regions with over $200+ million in revenue
— Partnered with the co-founders and executive team of Anytime Fitness to open and operate corporate owned stores while developing new vendor partnerships and creating growth opportunities for the parent company.
— Worked with the Fitness & Lifestyle Group Australia on entering the US market by launching a unique international MedSpa Body Shaping concept while also establishing a licensing and distribution business
— 5+ years on the Xponential Fitness executive leadership team heading up STRIDE Fitness from one location to a national brand* and launching Lindora Weight Loss + Wellness * We opened 21 STRIDE locations and sold 100 franchise licenses during the pandemic! What an experience that was!
I'm extremely passionate about the potential of the wellness economy and believe that businesses that can help consumers improve their quality of life across multiple dimensions – physical, mental, and emotional – will be the winners in the coming years..

After my personal training career, I grew into leadership roles starting as a Fitness Manager and working my way up to a Corporate Director of Sales and Operations for a large privately owned big box gym chain.
Along the way I had the opportunity to works as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Golden State Warriors and as a US Olympic Ambassador for the 2012 London Olympics.

During my career I have been involved in many grand openings, acquisitions, unfortunate closures, and turnarounds.
