Hi, Y'all!
I'm Lise.
I’m a serial entrepreneur, mom and dedicated advocate for fitness and entrepreneurship. I’ve built, scaled and exited six businesses using a unique approach I call “Bootstrap and Invert.”
It means starting with the end goal and working backward, strategically creating profitable, sustainable businesses without sacrificing personal freedom.
Here’s a snapshot of my journey so far:
- Launched a tech company at age 20, pitched to then Lt. Gov Mitt Romney and exited
- Managed multiple 7-figure acquisitions in 2016 without raising a single dollar
- Took on a struggling business, transformed it and sold it three years later for 7 figures
- Founded Studio Grow and generated over $100 million+ in client sales worldwide to date
- Created The Business of Boutique Fitness Podcast
- Co-founded The Boutique Fitness Coalition
- Building a Dubai-based brand with a $25M pre-opening valuation
Today, I help fitness studio owners and entrepreneurs grow their businesses to become impactful, profitable companies that lead to freedom-filled lives.
With Studio Grow, I’ve worked with more than 50,000 studio owners worldwide, helping them scale their businesses without burnout, creating healthier, more fulfilling lives for themselves and their communities.
