I’m a business coach who empowers wellness entrepreneurs to build profits, pack waitlists, and get the results they’ve always wanted for their businesses. Over the past 19 years, I’ve owned four businesses that generated seven plus figures and if we’re talking certifications, I’ve been a certified Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Cycling instructor for longer than I’d like to admit. I love transforming people’s bodies and improving their lives, which is really what got me started in the fitness industry.

Myken proudly wears the midwestern badge of honor, while loudly cheering on the Wisconsin Packers and Badger teams! Having gained her degree in Marketing, her actual true knowledge and love of running businesses has come from her real world, hands-on health and fitness experience of 12 years. Starting at the bottom cleaning toilets, washing down equipment, and making 100+ lead calls a day; She has gained her overall experience opening businesses from the ground up, hitting first year revenue and member records, earning a National Manager of the Year Award out of 2500+ employees, to owning her own brick and mortar business.
Some would say she specializes in the implementation and execution of systems and processes that directly correlate with your business’s revenue and client membership growth. Others would say that her coaching approach is that of tough love, honesty, and motivational. She has helped hundreds of clients get on the path to success. Liz is a recovered ex-professional actress turned versatile sales maven with over 15 years in the fitness industry. She spent 11 years at MINDBODY as an inaugural team member through a Nasdaq bell ring. She then led a team of 9, developing and launching US strategies at Esquared Fitness. Her uniquely creative consultative approach to driving recurring revenues, developing new business channels and building long-standing client relationships makes her a standout in the field. A born story-teller Liz champions her clients with her unique combination of empathy and grit. She leverages her exceptional listening skills and stellar intuition alongside analytical data to recommend optimal solutions for problems big or small. Her life has been a grand experiment in duality (please see her college essay as supporting documentation) which makes her skilled in handling challenges in all areas of business. She is known by her clients, colleagues and friends as “the keeper of the keys” as she's never found a door that couldn't be opened (one way or another) and knows when to throw on a red nose and laugh at herself. A proud Miami native and NYC transplant she is often found near water and skyscrapers. Liz is not only a lover of fitness, fine food and travel but is lucky enough to indulge in all three often.

Erin was born and raised in Northern Virginia and has always had a passion for helping others. She graduated from James Madison University and had a lot of amazing experiences while in college. She studied abroad in Wellington, New Zealand and in her last semester she interned for the Washington Redskins. Her internship with the Redskins turned into a full time job and after some time she wanted to explore a new city so she moved to Cleveland, Ohio for four years where she worked for the Cleveland Indians and a long term care software company. While working full time, Erin earned her M.B.A at Case Western Reserve University.
Even though Cleveland will always hold a special place in her heart, she missed Virginia so she moved back to be closer to home and started working with Lisa and the Studio Grow team. All of her roles have had one thing in common, customer success. With over 7 years of Customer Service experience, her professional super power is that she always puts the customer first as she truly wants to see them succeed. She loves helping studio owners have the best Studio Grow experience and gets excited to see all of their growth and success! When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family and friends and travel to new and exciting places.

Boutique Fitness Business & Micro Gym Coach + Account Executive
(aka Master of All)
Nathan Wisdom served as the Director of Community Development for a chain of successful heated yoga studios in Austin, TX. His outside-the-box approach to the business of yoga combined with 10 years of tenure in the industry helped him create a unique class structure and community at his studios. After two years of feeling like there was still an opportunity for growth, he found The Client Cure. Within a few months, he implemented the strategies taught in The Client Cure and churned out a 60% increase in new student conversion rates, leading to the highest profit margins the studio had ever seen.
Nathan’s goal in coaching with The Client Cure is to inspire other boutique studio owners to not just “hang in there” or “make it through” but to thrive. He fully believes that everyone deserves to find freedom in their business and is wholeheartedly committed to helping his clients achieve that. Nathan's professional superpower is being able to see the bigger picture and direction of a studio and provide small, attainable steps to get there. When Nathan is not coaching, he teaches yoga and meditation, volunteers for The American Cancer Society, and spends time hiking and traveling with his husband Brad, and dog Rayna.
Micro Gym Business Coach + Sales Strategist
(aka the Sales & Retention Ninja)
John was born and raised in Madison, WI and has always had a passion for sports/fitness and helping others.
He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a Master’s degree in Sports Administration. Upon completing a summer internship with the Madison Mallards baseball club, he was hired as one of their first full-time Sales and Marketing Managers. John spent six years in Madison with the Mallards and grossed over a million dollars in corporate sales with ticket packages.
For the last 8 years (since 2012), he has been working in the health and fitness industry. For the majority of his time he worked with the Anytime Fitness franchise as a Regional Manager and oversaw the operations of up to three clubs at once and 12 clubs during his tenure.
John joined Studio Grow in October of 2019 upon being referred by Myken Daeda (current Director of Client Services), who are reunited after working together for years with Anytime Fitness.
John is the type of coach who will always put forth 100% effort and strives for perfection in the sales & customer service arenas. His motto is, “shoot for the stars, worst case you land on the moon”
Finally, building and maintaining relationships are a super important aspect in his life. On the weekends, you can find him with friends and/or family (and his parents’ golden retriever, “Scoop”), where they can catch up on their previous week of work and enjoy a nice home cooked meal.
Boutique Fitness Business Coach
(aka the Conversion Queen)
Niki knew she would one day open a studio when she was just five years old and then worked to make that dream a reality ever since. Over time, the plan morphed from a dance academy into Flex Fusion Studios, a gorgeous barre, yoga, TRX, and boot camp studio in Silicon Valley, California. When people would remark how they thought Flex was a giant company thanks to its appearance and operation, she would respond that she had “plenty of time to dream it into fruition” and felt so fortunate every time she walked in the doors that she was living her life-long goal. Niki noticed a need for a community-oriented, mutli-modality studio and jumped in, ready to compete in a packed market full of big name gyms and studios of every type. Part of her long term entrepreneurship preparation was from her education. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Idaho studying Business and Dance and then went on to receive her Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in small business and Entrepreneurship.
One year after opening Flex Fusion, she found The Client Cure and everything clicked. Although Flex Fusion was successful in its first year, The Client Cure modules and coaches were exactly what she needed to propel her studio to a level she never dreamed of. After years of business ownership in California, Niki sold her studio and moved for her husband’s job promotion. She is so excited to be coaching other studio owners in a program she wholeheartedly believes in. Niki’s hands are pretty full with her son and “zoo” of 3 rambunctious pets. Luckily, she’s a big fan of always being busy. When she isn’t taking or teaching various fitness classes, she enjoys volunteering with The Junior League and spends her summers in Alaska commercial fishing for wild salmon. She is thankful everyday that she gets to do what she loves and help others reach their goals at the same time.
Business Marketing Coach
(aka the Digital Dynamo)
Emily Montgomery has 18+ years in digital marketing experience and is a true fitness enthusiast! As a mom of two young boys, she has to take care of her body and mind to keep up with them! Emily grew up in Portland, Oregon, but has lived in Chicago, Illinois; Seattle, Washington; and now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. For nearly 8 years, Emily was the Senior Account Director at Razorfish running accounts like Delta Airlines, Microsoft, Miller Coors Brewing and Best Buy. She most recently served as the Chief Marketing & Operating Officer for The Dailey Method Franchising Company, LLC before leaving to start her own company, Be Mindful Marketing at the end of 2018. Emily now collaborates with business owners offering her expertise, marketing strategies and approachable business consulting services to health, wellness and lifestyle brands and is thrilled to be able to help others as a consultant for the Studio Grow team

Digital Marketing Specialist

A native of New York City, Carolyn has been a Green Bay, WI resident for 10 years. She is a graduate of St. Norbert College with a B.A. in English and Theatre and earned her M.A. in Shakespeare at Royal Holloway University of London. Carolyn’s introduction to the online industry was in 2014 when she created the Social Media and Publicity Manager position for Play-by-Play Theatre (a professional theatre company in Green Bay).
Carolyn has been with the Studio Grow team since 2018 and continues to work on social media marketing, strategy, and copywriting for a variety of other businesses, from interior design to performing arts to business coaching.
Professional super-power: Staying on top of social media trends and figuring out how to best use them for business, all while pursuing her own theatrical endeavors and being the best cat mom.

Blanca is a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with multiple years experience. Not only does she love her work, but she loves problem-solving and finding her way around new technology and tools - it just comes naturally to her.
Over the years of her professional experience and exposure to diverse business environments, Blanca has been recognized for significantly improving systems and processes. She is not only an experienced communicator but a VIP team player.
Business Development and Sales

Rory is a University of South Carolina grad, but a “Jersey Boy” at heart. Growing up in an environment where “gym, tan, laundry” was life, he developed a passion for the fitness industry as it was a second home for most. Working most of his teenage years in a mixed martial arts studio, Rory pursued a degree in Sports Management at the University of South Carolina. Upon graduation, he began a career in business development with The Wildflower Group. Working closely with brands like Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Runner’s World, and Bicycling magazine he strategized and executed licensing and brand extension initiatives leading to major brick and mortar retail programs in the US and abroad. After spending 4 years with The Wildflower Group, Rory left to head up business development for Skinnygirl and Bethenny Frankel. Working hand-in-hand with the founder and CEO, Rory generated over $5,000,000 in contractual guarantees in 2017 in addition to leading the  straight quarters of incremental growth. Upon leaving his role with Bethenny, he went out on his own and began a small marketing and business development consultancy. With a natural talent to connect with people, a creative sales approach, and a genuine passion for helping people Rory always “finds a way.” Often described as resourceful, reliable, and available, he now leads on business development for multiple products and brands in the marketplace.

After graduating from Georgetown University with a degree in International Politics, Eman started the Scribesmith a launch and strategic copywriting agency to help businesses sound human. Eman loves taking a data-driven approach to crafting conversion copy that is entertaining, engaging, and most importantly, gets results.
Boutique Fitness and Tech Coach
(aka the Namaste Tech Wizard)
Since starting R1SE and taking his previous process, marketing and tech experience Chris immersed himself in using the latest software and hardware to make R1SE run as efficiently as possible. Firstly Chris embedded ChatBots into every process at R1SE, massively decreasing time spent on admin whilst improving the customer experience. Secondly, from March 2020 Chris spent hundreds of hours in creating his perfect virtual studio. The end was result was R1SE being able to professionally offer classes as In Studio Live, In-Studio On-Demand, At Home Live and At Home On-Demand. Chris is now able to share this knowledge and skills with Studio Grow clients.
