Meet our founder (and hear her amazing story)
But eleven years ago, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I needed a change. So I started my first of four health and training studios, and a whole new adventure began…
she created Studio Grow to help you do the same—whatever freedom looks like to you.
- To have your profits consistently grow as your hours shrink,
- To avoid the classic studio mistakes of losing money, time, bad hires, and worse. (Lise jokes that she made enough of those in the beginning of her business to save you all from them)
- To build a high-performing team that receives amazing compensation
- To have your operations and marketing departments soaring (the two biggies that studios overlook)
- To create a life you are obsessed with—with vacations, time to volunteer, more QT with your family and friends, sleeping in bed on a Saturday just because, whatever you desire.
Because with the right systems + team? Anyone can do this. We fiercely believe that and cannot wait to prove it to you…and watch you prove it to yourself.
Studio Grow Team

I’mLisa Kuecker, but my family and dearest friends call me Lise. I’m a business coach who empowers wellness entrepreneurs to build profits, pack waitlists, and get the results they’ve always wanted for their businesses. Over the past 19 years, I’ve owned four businesses that generated seven plus figures and if we’re talking certifications, I’ve been a certified Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Cycling instructor for longer than I’d like to admit. I love transforming people’s bodies and improving their lives, which is really what got me started in the fitness industry.

Erin was born and raised in Northern Virginia and has always had a passion for helping others. She graduated from James Madison University and had a lot of amazing experiences while in college. She studied abroad in Wellington, New Zealand and in her last semester she interned for the Washington Redskins. Her internship with the Redskins turned into a full time job and after some time she wanted to explore a new city so she moved to Cleveland, Ohio for four years where she worked for the Cleveland Indians and a long term care software company. Lead Coach & Curriculum Creator
(aka the Conversion Queen)
Niki knew she would one day open a studio when she was just five years old and then worked to make that dream a reality ever since. Over time, the plan morphed from a dance academy into Flex Fusion Studios, a gorgeous barre, yoga, TRX, and boot camp studio in Silicon Valley, California. When people would remark how they thought Flex was a giant company thanks to its appearance and operation, she would respond that she had “plenty of time to dream it into fruition” and felt so fortunate every time she walked in the doors that she was living her life-long goal. Niki noticed a need for a community-oriented, mutli-modality studio and jumped in, ready to compete in a packed market full of big name gyms and studios of every type. Part of her long term entrepreneurship preparation was from her education. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Idaho studying Business and Dance and then went on to receive her Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in small business and Entrepreneurship.
One year after opening Flex Fusion, she found The Client Cure and everything clicked. Although Flex Fusion was successful in its first year, The Client Cure modules and coaches were exactly what she needed to propel her studio to a level she never dreamed of. After years of business ownership in California, Niki sold her studio and moved for her husband’s job promotion. She is so excited to be coaching other studio owners in a program she wholeheartedly believes in. Niki’s hands are pretty full with her son and “zoo” of 3 rambunctious pets. Luckily, she’s a big fan of always being busy. When she isn’t taking or teaching various fitness classes, she enjoys volunteering with The Junior League and spends her summers in Alaska commercial fishing for wild salmon. She is thankful everyday that she gets to do what she loves and help others reach their goals at the same time.

Account Executive for Sales Takeover
(aka the “Woo!” Girl)
Nathalie grew up in the Bay Area, but is an “Island Girl” at heart where yoga, paddle boarding, the surf, running, and poke and acai bowls are life. Needless to say, it has been natural for her to develop a deep appreciation and love for a holistic approach to wellness, which led to her pursuing multi-modality certifications in yoga, barre, TRX, Pilates, and therapeutic applications of movement.
She began her career in the wellness industry first starting in the movement world and eventually transitioning her way into energy work including her master certification in the Usui System of Reiki Healing through a pretty powerful matriarchal lineage!
As her offerings continued to expand, Nathalie has served in critical roles in studio ops including as a Studio Director and Advisor to Studio Manager and even Trainer for several Bay Area studios. These businesses ranged from boutique experiences to franchised studios to not-for-profit/non-profit work supporting service members, folks going through addiction recovery (inclusive but not limited to all the As), and even serving in detention centers supporting individuals experiencing incarceration. Nathalie has also served in the role of supporting and educating service providers moving through specific communities requiring extra care.
If we were to describe Nathalie, we’d say she is compassionate, energetic, and reliable, with a natural ability to engage and serve people as they explore change and transformation in their own lives.
