2022 was a difficult year for boutique fitness

Audio Player

We were faced with the formidable task of reopening, recovering and bringing our numbers back up to pre-pandemic levels, all while navigating a tsunami of change in the world of sales, digital marketing, and human resources.

But we persevered through it all.

And we saw some incredible, powerful, beautiful growth.

But as we move into the new year, the one question we must ask ourselves is –

Where does the studio industry sit today?

What are the big areas of growth we should capitalize on, and which key areas do we need to focus on improving in 2023?

These are the business-altering questions that I’m addressing in this week’s episode of Ready.Aim.Empire. where I’ll be presenting my State of the Studio report for 2022.

These are some of the key trends and findings that I’ll highlight in this episode:

  • Which sectors have seen exceptional growth in 2022 (and which ones haven’t)
  • Why human resources will be the most important conversation we have next year
  • The industry-wide problem with retention rates and what’s on the horizon
  • The sales process that’s our only way forward in 2023
  • The radical shift in digital marketing which affected the studio industry (& what the new marketing funnel will look like in 2023).

If you want 2023 to be the year you witness unmitigated, unparalleled growth, tune in now to learn, assess and understand what’s on the horizon for the boutique fitness industry and start planning for next year ASAP!

With grit and gratitude,

Lisé
